WEB SALES LEAD
Permanent, full time.
Location: Hybrid. 2-3 days in the office in Clerkenwell, Central
London.
Holiday: 24 days plus national holidays.
Salary: Dependent on experience, with additional bonus scheme.
Start date: ASAP

Falcon Enamelware has been an icon of British home life since the 1920s. Now the classic kitchenware brand has been revitalised for the 21st century. The new product range is stocked in 58 countries worldwide in retailers such as Liberty, Fortnum & Mason, and the Tate shops. As we expand internationally, we are looking for an ambitious Websales Lead in bringing the B2C channels to its full potential.
 
Role and responsibilities
Your role will cover:
 

Websales
• Proactively growing the sales and database through our three
global websites.
• Compile regular analytical reports to present to the General
Manager.
• Maintain all three websites, updating imagery, content and
product information
• Provide 1st class customer service for our b2c customers.
• Lead and optimise the webshop performance
• Manage the scheduling and planning for the marketing of our
mailing list.
• Daily admin tasks, including responding to customer emails and
invoice approvals.

Your skills and requirements
• Have experience working in digital sales channels
• Diligent, driven and naturally organised
• Good understanding of Excel, and the ability to independently
compile & present data.
• Hands on and willing to pitch in
• Passionate about our products
• Have strong hands-on commercial and operational experience in a
related business
• Ideally have experience of using Shopify, Xero, Zoho.
