My other half, Nick, was bought a pizza oven for his big birthday by his family. It’s been nearly a year since the bricks arrived but finally it's built. We are now able to enjoy it and have perfected our pizza skills so have moved onto other things like successfully cooking a rack of lamb... after the embers calm down we sometimes pop in some dough for fresh bread in the morning.
We’re so looking forward to cooking with it this bank holiday weekend and our Falcon has proven to be just the most perfect accompaniment. Especially as when I went to cut the pizza the other day I managed to drop the lot and not a single plate was broken!
