Jam puffs

INGREDIENTS

• 2 rolls ready rolled puff pastry
• 1 jar of her favourite jam (or spread)
• Shape cutters and a fork

Start by cutting twice as many circles as you need. I tend to like cutting bigger ones so they make a great sized snack or brunch addition.

I cut a smaller shape in half of my circles , this will be the tops. You can mix and match between smaller shapes , bigger etc.

Lay your base circles on your lined falcon tray and a good tablespoon of jam to the middle of each, you can spread around but leave a small gap.

Add you 'lid'

The important part: Take your fork and crimp all the edges, this stops your jam spilling out the sides as it heats up and will stop you ending up with a tray of sticky jammy mess.

You can add a sprinkle of sugar on top if desired.

Bake on 180 for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden (times may vary a few minutes depending on how large your circles are)

Allow to cool a little before serving as the jam gets very molten inside.
