Arden’s Rowayton is a coastal cafe, provisions & coffee shop where hospitality, sourcing, quality and transparency are at the forefront. The concept was brought to life by two local Rowaytonites, who joined forces over a mutual love for their town and desire to offer a cozy, yet communal hospitality experience to those in the immediate community and beyond.

Can you tell us about Arden's Rowayton?
Arden’s aims to provide a high-quality, healthy culinary offering to Rowayton. Rooted in strong community ties, the menu items and provisions are thoughtfully developed and hand-selected utilizing local purveyors and ingredients.
You've recently started stocking Falcon. What’s your favourite product and why?
While it’s difficult for us to pick a favorite because we love them all, the deep plates hold a special place in our heart! We use these to plate most of the dishes we serve here at Arden's. They’re the ideal cross between a bowl and a plate, perfectly sized, durable and contain all of our ingredients nicely.
Is there a specific dish that you might make at Arden's using any of our Falcon products?
We use the deep plate to serve most of our main dishes because they’re so versatile. Aside from that, we have had fun baking our homemade blueberry muffins in the mini tumblers. We also enjoy using the loaf tins for baking breads and the pie dishes for serving our granola and coconut yogurt. Last, but not least, the small trays are ideal for our kids' menu items. As we mentioned above, it’s hard to pick a favorite!
Can you tell us more about Camp Arden's?
Camp Arden’s is our new series of unique and intimate experiences ranging from culinary to coffee to design and more. Our goal is to help our customers develop new skill sets as well as provide transparency into various aspects of our business. Camp Arden's will also be an opportunity to showcase the talents of our many talented partners, such as our fall floral arranging workshop with Stems + Co and our coffee cupping course with Ilse Coffee. Camp Arden's will feature a special series of programming "for the little campers" who we adore most!
What do you love most about Connecticut this time of year?
Connecticut is so magical in the fall with the vibrant leaves changing and typically the crisp autumn temperatures (although not so this year!). After the crazy sunset and harvest moonrise over the Long Island Sound last night however, we’d have to say the fall sunsets stand out for us!
Are there any local companies you'd like to shoutabout? Where do you and the team usually eat, drink, and source ingredients in your local area?
Similar to how we feel about Falcon products, it’s hard for us to pick a favorite! We’re so lucky to work with some incredibly local partners.
We love our friends at Nit Noi (https://www.nitnoiprovisions.com) who make delicious broths and soups perfect for this time of year.
We get joy out of sourcing ingredients from our friends at Millstone Farm who are dedicated to regenerative farming (https://www.millstonefarm.org).
Last but not least, for a delicious cocktail in a cozy atmosphere, we always head to Graybarns (https://www.graybarns.com)
